Hello. My name is Dr. Aaron LeBauer and I am a physical therapist in Greensboro, NC. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Massage Therapist and Baptiste Inspired Yoga Teacher.
After seeing 43 patients in one day as a PT student, I knew I could not treat patients effectively in the insurance model.
I started LeBauer Physical Therapy in Greensboro, NC 100% cash practice, so I could treat patients as unique individuals and without influence by insurance reimbursement.
We launched the day I graduated from PT school in 2008, even when all of my professors and any other physical therapist I told about my plan, simply looked at me like I was crazy, or with disbelief.
I had owned my own massage therapy practice for 10 years, specializing in chronic pain and injuries prior to entering PT school, so the transition was a bit different than starting from scratch, but I definitely faced some unforeseen challenges in my new role as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

I launched The CashPT® Lunch Hour Podcast and The CashPT® Nation Facebook group to help inspire others to join me on this journey even when physicians, professors, and other physical therapists think it’s a crazy idea, unethical or will simply not work.
I've been treating patients with chronic pain since 1999 and have seen my fair share of patients for whom hands-on physical therapy was a quick answer after years of trying more traditional treatments and procedures.
Our current healthcare system has let down far too many of my patients, and too many providers are unfortunately influenced by reimbursement.
I am on a mission to save 100 million people from unnecessary surgery and because I can only treat so many patients myself, I can only achieve this by helping other passionate physical therapists succeed in business and learn how to market directly to patients so that when they are injured or hurt, they know to Get PT 1st!

With almost two decades of experience, Dr. Stinson is a recognized leader in the field of physical therapy. She sees her work as a mission field and serves God by serving others through her expertise in physical therapy.
Dr. Stinson earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the prestigious Belmont University in Nashville in 2007. Her outstanding academic achievements and community involvement earned her the first Special Recognition award by the Belmont School of Physical Therapy in 2007. Dr. Stinson's dedication to her patients and her profession led to her being chosen as one of the American Physical Therapy Association's Emerging Leaders in 2010.
In 2015, Dr. Stinson was recognized for her achievements and service by receiving the Outstanding Alumni of the Year Award and serving as the Keynote speaker for the doctoral program's hooding ceremony.
In addition to her work as a physical therapist, Dr. Stinson is also a successful entrepreneur. She owned and managed her first practice for 9 years. Dr. Kyle currently resides in Oahu, Hawaii with his wife, Jenn, and their three daughters. He is the owner of MŪV OKC, a performance based physical therapy and Chiropractic clinic in Oklahoma City focusing on CrossFit and fitness athletes. He is also part-owner of MŪV/RX, an online training and movement prescription business for CrossFit gyms to use with their members.
He has owned and operated MŪV OKC (previously Womack Performance Training) for 5 years and has started/restarted it in Oahu, Kauai, and Oklahoma City, now with two locations there. His team now includes another PT, a Chiro, and two administrative staff.

Allen Ling, PT, has been in private practice Physical Therapy in California since 1989. He had up to 4 locations and 35 employees at the apex of his business empire. He has also done real estate development and sales, and now has music production and comic book creation and publishing to keep him busy .
On the clinical side, Allen is one of the first national instructors of Aquatic Physical Therapy, and also is certified in kinesiotaping, aquatic exercise instruction and WATSU. He is licensed in California and Hawaii as a physical therapist.
Allen has completed long term residencies in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) from Kaiser Vallejo Rehab Center and Orofacial and TMD from the UCSF Center for Orofacial and Temporomandibular Dysfunction Center. Over the span of his career, Allen has taken and taught over 240 courses, residencies, and workshops in Physical Therapy treatment, business development, ethics, and philosophy. He has also taken two dozen workshops and courses in marketing and business management. Allen has taught over 2 dozen workshops and courses across the country in Aquatic Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine, and ethical business development. Allen Ling was board certified in a specialty Orthopedic Physical Therapy for 20 years until the COVID19 pandemic.
A cancer survivor since 2005, Allen treats fulltime, and still continues to mentor other physical therapists and residents.

What Are The Dates For Physical Therapy Business Conference 2023?
Registration starts on March 16th from 7-9PM, the event is happening March 17th through March 18th in Charlotte, NC. The event kicks off at 8:00AM on March 17th and concludes around 5PM on March 18th.

Do you think it will be appropriate for me as a 3rd year student?
Hey. Stoked you’re interested and yes it will be perfect for you. No it won’t be over your head at all. We’ve got dozens of students and new grads attending already. Before I started my cash practice right after graduation, I spent 6 months planning my business and preparing my mindset. It’s never too early to get started, and never too late. The best time to start is now.
This sounds great but I still have a lot of The CashPT® Blueprint to get through in addition to the rest of the courses I’ve purchased.
Coursework is not required for you to attend PT Biz Con (or to get massive results from the conference). If you are in the middle of completing a manual therapy certification or board certification, would you still go to CSM? Every PT who wants to make 6 figures or more needs to be in Charlotte at PT Biz Con.
Is PT Biz Con appropriate for someone that doesn’t really have their business off the ground yet and in the beginning stages?
